A Spaniel and a Beagle

I’ve never been much of a dog person until a few years ago. When my sister and I left home my mom replaced each of us with a dog. Now instead of an empty nest she has two new children called Maddie (Cocker Spaniel) and Frankie (Beagle). Maddie is highly neurotic and Frankie is a compulsive eater.   Of course I think my dogs are a lot cuter then everyone else’s.

 

Finding Gold

My latest thrift find was amazingly cheap. This gold jersey was only R70 from Beleza. They have a monthly vintage sale where you can find some unique treasures. It was my friend French who informed me of the amazingness that was for sale.  I am by no means an impulse buyer. But I managed to walk away with 4 great pieces. The free cocktails meant purchasing decisions came easy.  The bold gold number is great because I can wear it as a dress. The pictures don’t really do it justice.
